Our servers are housed in a physically secured data center with 24/7 monitoring. Customer portal access is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing and cannot be retrieved by GinkoSoft staff.
Despite our best efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Data Retention
Account information is retained for the duration of your active hosting account plus a period of six (6) months following account cancellation or termination. Billing records are retained for a period of seven (7) years as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server access logs are retained for a period of ninety (90) days and then automatically purged.
Access and Correction
Customers may view and update their personal information at any time through the GinkoSoft customer portal. If you are unable to access or correct your information through the portal, you may submit a request to our support department. We will respond to such requests within five (5) business days.
Children's Privacy
GinkoSoft services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
